Facilitators work directly with young people, run regular group sessions and help young people develop positive relationship that enables them to live successfully in their homes.
Jake has worked with children and young people in various volunteering roles and worked as a residential care worker for 3 years.
Jake hopes that young people leaving care are able to have a choice and feel empowered as they build their futures with enough support around them.
Jake has recently achieved his Social Pedagogy Practitioner Accreditation with THEMPRA.
